I like and agree with the explanation why Scraptrap has a different suit from Springtrap, but you should've gave a explaintion of how his corpse changed.

I personally lean towards the belief that he tried to heal/regenerate himself a little, and pull most of the Endo off like he did in The Fourth Closet.

I'm gonna explain logicly how he becomes Scraptrap. Okay, Okay, I know this has a couple of mistakes. Anyways here's the story:
Springtrap burns Fazbear Fright then he found a way inside Freddy Fazbear 🍕 (FNaF 6)
He looks very ugly now, surprisingly, he found these Spare Springbonnie parts in the stroage room, he takes his old Springtrap parts away and replaces them with Spare Springbonnie parts, days later the Pizza Restaurant (FNaF 6) Burned.
His body rotten so thats what made him white yellow and Red, and Spare Springbonnie since it Burned, now he is Scraptrap.

Guys that's just my theory that's not the real theory I just wanted to Make it logic, please, don't hate.

Ok I know Scraptrap's design looks a lot different than Springtrap's design, but they are the same character, they are both William Afton, because Scott confirmed Springtrap is William, and Scraptrap is named "William Afton" in the credits of FNAF 6, and they have the same voice. Also, nice animation. ;)
