The WAR Between Canada and Denmark is OVER

In this short video I talk about the (now resolved) border dispute between Canada and Denmark that has resulted in a new land border between the two countries.

To the people writing "You forgot France" - Canada doesn't have a land border with France. It only has a maritime boundary (with St. Pierre & Miquelon). The video is about the new border (ie. land border, not maritime boundary) with Denmark. Canada has land borders with two countries. It used to have a land border with only one country (The USA).

I just think that it is hilarious that two countries always associated with friendliness, kindness, and being almost obsessive in those two traits had a dispute that involved giving gifts to the other side passive aggressively.

When I found out this war ended I was so heartbroken. Easily the most peaceful war and even a great example to all on how to handle a dispute.

I say if they actually ever showed up at the same time they should have a dodgeball match across the border to decide who pays for the whiskey.

Canada-US border is the longest land border in the world (8, 891 km) and Canada-Denmark border is the third shortest in the world (1280 meters)
Right after UK-Spain border at Gibraltar (1240 meters) Only 40 meters difference!
And Botswana-Zambia border (153 meters) If you count river border as land border.
