[Arknights] Babel | BB-EX-3 Challenge Mode (3 Operators, No Limited)

This was difficult for 2 Ops due to the Witchcraft Balista and the increased number of 'Weavers' from the CM modifier was the biggest threat. And they stacked at the end and dealt more damage than I could heal, so I added another Operator. The jetpack guys were in the stage too, and they made it a bit more difficult for 2 Ops.
