This bug sometimes happen when you are reviving with GA and someone stands on your trap (then you can possibly hit them).
I believe that in order for it to happen you need to have Rapidfire Cannon but I am not entirely sure about it.

This bug is with us 6 years or more. It also works while cait uses q at the same time while angel's passive activates

This is actually a bug I've encountered pretty often, which is rare for a nearly bug free game like this.

It seems like the auto attack that cait can initiate to the champ that steps on her trap is coded independently and isn't under the same variable name as a normal auto attack. So in the code they forgot to include the name given to this special auto attack in the list of things disabled when the champion is in 'reviving' state from GA, such as movement, normal autos, abilities and etc.

If riot wouldnt fix this... placing a trap over your body near death with ga.. you could turn the events if someone decides to walk near your body(which most of them do)
