Vizcaya, now named the Vizcaya Museum and Gardens, is the former villa and estate of James Deering on Biscayne Bay in the present day Coconut Grove neighbourhood of Miami, Florida. The early 20th century Vizcaya estate also includes extensive Italian Renaissance gardens; native woodland landscape; and a historic village outbuildings compound. The landscape and architecture of Vizcaya were influenced by Veneto and Tuscan Italian Renaissance models and designed in the Mediterranean Revival architecture style, with Baroque elements.

Es la mejor joya Clásica de Miami..se siente que estas en un Palacio tipo Versalles en menor escala....vale la pena visitarlo muchas piezas fueron traídas de Italia.

I loved the artwork there! However past the palace, the area was very stinky, probably from the seawater.

Do you know?
Has there been any modification yet, for wheelchair users to be allowed into the building?
.
If the owner got a proper architect, they could design a discrete Wheelchair Entrance and elevator etc.
.
Shocking !
