I find it rather interesting England have chosen an isolated area as their camp. This should allow them to stay mostly in their bubble, without any external disturbance. I also reckon their Bundesliga boys will make them accustomed to German lifestyle.

My history teacher comes out of Blankenhain und he stopped our preparations for our Abi (Finals) to tell us about it (i.e. the England team staying there). Never really saw him as happy as he was then :D

Blankenhain is a good location actually bc it has beautiful nature and cities around it, like Weimar(maybe you know it) and Erfurt, also Thüringen is actually very beautiful. ❤🇩🇪

I remember Euro 2004, checking where the teams were staying, and I remember the Swedish team being very impressed as they stayed in Estoril and everything had been recently painted with the Swedish colours

I don't think people had the heart to tell them those were Estoril's colours anyway and the repainting had been to celebrate a promotion to the first tier

Interesting Scotland chose to stay in the alps. If they stay at altitude prior to commencing the tournament, they will benefit from altitude training, but if they stay there between and after matches, they will just be hindering recovery.
