I think most noticeably was her cheekbone reduction. I noticed when watching older Twice videos, she had strong and high cheekbones that were most noticeable when she spoke but she has a more oval face shape now. People claim it's weight loss, makeup techniques evolving, and just growing up but I'm pretty sure those factors can't really change face shape. It could add an illusion that it is but it's just too different.

I don't have a problem with idols getting ps but do with their fans who are in Denial and point things like the time gap is two much or they're not comparable, but here's the thing some features of your face cannot be changed overtime and have to be obtained through ps, and this is a PROFESSIONAL so he knows what he's talking about. There are barely any k idols who have not gone through plastic surgeries and sometimes it's not even their choice they've been forced by their company or the toxic beauty standard. Sana is beautiful both on the inside and outside, just like she was before she had plastic surgeries. STOP BEING IN DENIAL

My first Twice bias was Sana and I really thought it was a different person from whom I saw in Sixteen. But for me it was also her personality and ageyo. Some comparison pictures are from her first debut stage, twice never had a long break, not longer than 9 months between feel special and fancy and even then they had a world tour in between, the time doesn’t add up if she actually did plastic surgey after debut she wouldn’t have time for post surgery healing and the swelling would be obvious ofcourse.
The picture for before double eyelid surgery she was 12 and was really chubby her face ofcourse lost alot if weight and baby fat, even her baby puctures she had double eye lids and big eyes, as to her jaw i geniunly think she lost weight, because if you look at her skinniest time in likey she looks so much alike herself nos, sana tends to gain weight in her face fast so its hard to tell, i do think she got rhinoplasty and possible a face lift but not double eyelid or jaw surgery

Wait i think sana didnt have nose surgery bcause on her predebut her nose still attractive, and that guy use sana photo when she smile so its a little bit different
