Paro Taktsang monastery (Tiger's Nest), it is basically the prime tourist site in Bhutan located in the city where the country's international airport is located and it takes just a light 20-30 min hike to reach it (personal experience)...

With all due respect, putting a Californian lighthouse on this list is ridiculous. There are places on the continental US that are difficult to reach, but hardly inaccessible or isolated.
