This guy needs to be voted out of office now he's proposing speed limiters are governors on everybody's car he wants to put a track in device in the state of California if you go over 10 miles an hour your car will be and then it'll automatically shut down to the normal speed limit criminals are people that want to do you harm would easily catch up with you and you would be at a complete disadvantage
