At 46:15, wouldn't it be (2n+1)^2 + (2(n+2)+1)^2? It says two consecutive numbers, so shouldn't n be plused 2? Thanks!

If (2𝑥 + 1) is a factor of 6𝑥³ + a𝑥² + 1 we know that 𝑥 = -½

How do we know that?
