Without viewing the video, I'd say that it was because Satan and the fallen angels did not repent. Simple as that.

The whole emphasis of Jesu's teaching was that He was the good shepherd come to earth to recover every one of His own. Not even one will be lost forever. His mission of redemption opened a pathway back to Heaven for all fallen angels - that includes us. He even explains in His parable of the Prodigal Son that His fallen brother, Lucifer, will eventually see the error of his ways and return to The Father. Lucifer is the Prodigal Son.
