Theme:
Bridging Generations - Empowering Youth for the Development of Nepal
Message Behind the Theme: This theme emphasizes the critical role of Nepalese youth worldwide in bridging the gap between generations. It inspires them to connect with their heritage while actively contributing to Nepal's development. By harnessing the collective wisdom of the older generation and the innovative energy of the youth, we aim to empower a new era of growth and transformation for Nepal.

Main Topics:
Fostering Intergenerational Entrepreneurship: Bridging Wisdom with Innovation

This topic focuses on how the collaboration between seasoned entrepreneurs and young innovators can drive new business ventures and economic growth in Nepal. The session will explore strategies for mentorship and partnership between generations to foster sustainable entrepreneurial ecosystems.
Redefining Heritage: Youth-Driven Cultural Transformation for Nepal’s Future
This session will delve into how Nepalese youth can honor and preserve their cultural heritage while also leading its evolution to align with contemporary global trends. The discussion will emphasize the role of young people in shaping a modern, yet culturally rich, Nepal.

Diaspora Impact: Using Global Networks for Nepal’s Development

This topic explores the powerful role of the Nepalese diaspora in driving Nepal’s development from abroad. The session will highlight how global networks can be mobilized to bring about positive change in Nepal, focusing on the contributions of both the older generation and the youth.

Investing in the Future: Mobilizing Youth for Economic Growth Beyond Remittances

This discussion will address the importance of empowering youth to take active roles in Nepal’s economy beyond just remittances. It will focus on the potential for innovation, investment, and entrepreneurship to drive long-term economic growth and development.

Empowering Nepalese International Students: Shaping Leaders of Tomorrow

This session will focus on the unique challenges and opportunities faced by Nepalese international students. It will explore how these students can be empowered to become leaders in their fields, both in Nepal and globally, by leveraging their education, experiences, and networks.

Panelists:
- Mr. Yogesh Bhattarai, Secretary of CPN (UML), Member of Parliament, House of Representative
- Prof. Dr. Govinda Raj Pokharel, Former Vice-Chairperson, National Planning Commission
- Mr. Ameet Sharma Dhakal, Chairman and Chief in Editor, Setopati

Additional Panelists to be declared soon.

Event Concept:
The event is divided into two parts, supported by the participation of two panels: the Senior Leaders Panel and the Youth Changemakers Panel (Sub-divided into two panels - Youth and Student Panel). The Senior Panel will feature well-recognized individuals who have significantly impacted Nepal’s growth across prominent industries, sectors, and government divisions. The Youth Changemaker Panel will consist of young leaders in Australia who have made notable contributions to society and gained recognition for their work.
Each panel will be balanced, with members from similar industries or sectors. For instance, an economist on the senior panel will be matched with a youth economist on the Youth Changemaker Panel. This balanced structure will facilitate a meaningful discussion, where expertise from the senior panel meets the enthusiasm and innovation of the youth.
The event will feature sessions led by members of both panels. The main event, scheduled for the second half of the day before the gala dinner, will include a final "panel vs. panel" debate session. In this session, the Youth Change Makers will engage in conversation with the Senior Panel to arrive at a concluding agenda. This agenda will be pursued throughout the year until the next forum (Youth Conclave 2025).
