The person who put the envelopes was Jack Hagner who was associated with the owners of the Knicks and if you see a metal rod connected to the turner you see he bangs it with the Knicks envelope while he doesnt with the others which gives a bent corner to the Knicks envelope and David Stern moves his eyes like hes closing his eyes on the Knicks envelope and he grabs a bunch of envelopes and then grabs the bent corner and purposely drops the other envelopes and boom, you got a rigged lottery

People also think the draft was rigged for Orlando magic when they got back to pack number 1 picks. That was shaq & penny and this expansion team.became instant contenders. Same with the Hornets with high back to back draft picks larry johnson & Alonzo mourning . Another expansion team the then charlotte hornets.

The lottery was created to stop teams from tanking to have the 2 worst teams either getting a no 1 or no. 2 pick. Ironically the draft was put in to fix what players went to the right teams that they wanted. I have to say if the Pacers got the number 1 pick down a few years they got miller. What a lethal combo of reggie & Patrick. The ideal team has a great center in the back court & great guard . Although Jordan proved u could win with a great 2 guard & small forward with rotating centers & a good shooting point guard. Scottie made the small foward relevant out of all positions u dont find legendary small foward. Out of five positions it's the most irrelevant player. The point guard runs the plays & passes the 2 guard does the shooting & driving the paint. The power forward gets the rebounds & defense & scores. The center is the most desirable pick. If u have a perennial all star center they are what all teams want for the height advantage in scoring blocking shots.

Ewing had to go to the Knicks otherwise the NBA would have folded
