@MrNazgul12a 6 motors for the wheels to turn, and 4 for the front and back wheels for steering.

@ILoveDominikaDetko It's actually better. Having more surface area on the inside of the wheel rather than on the side provides more useful traction, if the wheel sinks that is.

@sebastiansz All previous rovers were much smaller than Curiosity. It`s going to be able to drive places spirit and opportunity only dreamed of going

@mariuszny They don't want any earth microbes to contaminate their analysis of Martian rocks and soil, so they work in clean room conditions.
