Sometimes online learning is the only way some people may be able to get the training. Travelers and irregular work schedules may make classroom schedules a non starter

Solid educational premises in there. So, I hope you are considering adding voice and video as well as the text chat. Text is good, but it can be somewhat limiting for some. Pretty good application of the flipped classroom as well. :D Good job!
