Isang nakababahalang phenomenon sa Pilipinas ang kakulangan ng mga Filipino ng kaalaman sa kanilang mga karapatan, lalong-lalo na sa konstitusyon at bill of rights.

Sa episode nating ito, ating pag-usapan ang Philippine Bill of Rights ng 1987 Philippine Constitution. Ating himay-himayin ang nilalaman ng Section 1 - 6 ng bill of rights at maghanap ng mga halimbawa para sa mga ito.

Ang bill of rights ay ang listahan ng pinakamahalagang karapatan ng isang mamamayan. Nagsisilbi itong proteksyon ng mga Pilipino mula sa pang-aabuso ng estado at iba pang indibidwal. Kung wala ang bill of rights maaaring gawin ng kahit sino ang kanyang nais sa iyo at wala kang magagawa dito.
