For the R50 Mini you have to invert the electronics.... at least i had to. Than it worked.

Do exactly as the video goes and you’ll be good also to up the volume press the music note button until you get to aux volume and you’ll be able to up it the max is 5 :)

How’s the connection now man? I just bought my first mini and loving her but don’t want to loose the classic aesthetic just like yours but want to listen to high quality tunes while driving.
Would you recommend it or go for aux?

The plastic under the wheel doesn’t come off… I removed the clip from the left side but on the right side something holds it. Prob another clip to which I don’t have access to.

I couldn’t get this to work, not sure why. I’ve got an r53 from mid 2002 and it has a cassette player instead of a CD player like yours. Any ideas on why would be much appreciated, thanks.
