I have the same handicap. I mean really the same. Our habds look totally the same. Only that my right hand is the weak one.

I have symbrachydactyly too! However, in my case, it looked kind of a little bit whacky (all fingers on my left hand except thumb and ring lack bones, ring finger have bone halfway through and looks like it have somekind og meatball at the top of it, and thumb looked kind of like velociraptor's [its kind of sharp-looking, and its curved]) but I can use it to prank my friends! >:) overall, no surgery needed, im fine with it
