They're trying to make new content inside genshin because, isn't it boring if we keep on fighting and I don't really feel the enthusiasm because we encounter fights a lot. So they tried something new for other players to discover more than just fighting. 👁️👄👁️✨

I think they heading towards more casual audiences considering the long working hours in China plus its more of adventure game plus its a break from the grindy stuff in honkai I guess the artifacts are to keep the overseas players doing something until the new patch

I wonder if they’re just trying to expand more, in a way I believe events are just a way to experiment with hoyoverse to see what players like and dislike

And with that, new modes and new events are created! Like for eg we had a lot of blue door things recently because that was the easiest things for players that got them easy primos, therefore being enjoyed :)

I mean if they're not even trying to buff older character's kits, then they dont care about their combat system.
Which honestly probably isnt a bad thing because of how they said there is no endgame.
Genshin to them is just supposed to be a casual game.
