And most on both sides of the aisle would oppose that. In fact, it doesn't go far enough. The US needs to prioritize the very high-end chips that currently can only be produced in Taiwan. If China should move on Taiwan, the flow of these crucial chips would be halted. We need the in-house capability to make what we need.

We also need to build oil refineries here so that Americans aren’t sending oil all the way over to Europe and then shipping it all the way back at it absorb it in price to lower gas prices. And why isn’t all Americans receive a dividend check from oil companies when that oil is American people oil
