Concussion / Dysautonomia Recovery

Показать описание
There are many issues that can increase someone susceptibility to dysautonomia. Many of our patients experience several contributing factors that lead them to developing dysautonomia. One of the most common we see in our offices are patients who are athletes and have had repetitive head trauma.
Did you know you don't have to hit your head to get a concussion? That's right, even a minor whiplash injury can cause enough force to alter brain function or repetitive small head traumas, such as heading the ball, can add up over time. This was the case with Madi. We have been working with her for awhile. If you recall in a past post Madi had a lot of difficulty performing the tasks in the video. Now she is able to perform them with ease!
