This guy reminds me of my friend Damien, he's a huge brick shithouse that would dress up in a mega-elaborate demon costume for cons. Just by sheer luck, one of the ones we went to was being held at the same time as a Mormon gathering at the same hotel, we both got on an elevator.

I was dressed as a Silent Hill Nurse, facial scarring and all, and he had a 5-foot wingspan and 12-inch horns. A nice WASP family got on the next floor, he took one look at them and said in a baritone: "Going down?" The kids started to cry as the doors closed.
