Short term

1Heart rate increases to allow more blood and oxygen to be delivered to working muscles through respiration and as a sideaffect adrenaline can be realised (leading to a further increasing heart rate

2breathing rate increases allowing more oxygen to pass into the blood stream to get passed to working muscles

3 body temperature increases because muscular contractions and respiration both produce heat this can cause you to sweat to cool your body down

I loved this a lot. I have been trying to research for a instructional video similar to yours that informs the ideas in this vid. 👩‍⚕️Your explanation is like the channel from this awesome med student Dr Ethan! Doctor Ethan's explanations are actually knowledgable and I really learned a lot for my finals. He is an insightful Dr in Nottingham and he explains vitamins and health symptoms.

Go check out his YouTube out and give the doc a like! 👉 #DrEthanOnline
