Till this day i use the s20 ultra . I can't find nothing that can replace it. I just ordered me a new one today on Ebay . 295 dollars for a brand new one, thats a hell of a deal if you ask me. . White color. Cant wait to get it. 😊. The curent one i have finally shattered after 3 years of replacement . That all use is s20 ultra, can't go wrong if youre a content creater, that SD card plays a big roll as why i keep getting it and the camera and the big screen. ❤😊

So I still have my s20 Ultra, currently to this date the only thing to happen it it was me shattering the back glass, which I am waiting for the replacement today to repair it myself. Don't get me wrong, this thing is a beast to this day. But the one thing that Annoyed me to this day was the Camera Auto Focus problem. Best way I have found a work around with that is to clear the app's cache, then clear the phone's Cache Partition in the Android Recovery Menu (Holding the volume up button and the power button until the Samsung Splash screen goes away).

But when you have that all solved, this phone is a guaranteed beast (for me anyways) and while yes, I would upgrade to the newest Samsung phone or anything else that catches my eye like any of the ROG phones or the RedMagic phones, I think I would stick with the s20 as long as I possibly can before upgrading it to a generation up or before (s21-s23). It certainly beats goes in my top 3 longest held phones, going behind the galaxy s9 and the first one that stayed with me which was the Galaxy S III.

Just lost my Galaxy S20 Ultra. I pre-ordered this phone and have used it for 4 years with literally zero issues.. until I recently lost it in the water on a boating trip.. 😢 I have owned every other Galaxy phone since the S6 Active and now I own the S24, and I still prefer the S20 Ultra. It is a true beast of a phone.

I LOVED your great review on this phone which, in my case, I bought from Amazon here in the UK for about £250 (and it had been refurbished and guaranteed for 1 year). Yes, you're right about the "support" that will be given for the software updates and, to be honest, when I bought the phone, I personally had to spend quite some time (and thank you to Samsung Support for being on the phone to me ALL the time) updating the software.

For me, as I take a lot of photos (and I do mean A LOT), apart from having them backed up on Google Photos (yes, I do pay a subscription for that but it's not expensive!) I also bought this particular model as it was the LAST one that Samsung made which would allow for a micro-sd card to be ADDED to also enable being able to store photos on the card and not take up the available space in the phone's memory. I also purchased one from Amazon here in the UK - it was 500GB one and I think that it will take me "forever" to fill that

Also, I download a lot of music (from Spotify) and there is also an option to be able to store that on the same micro-sd card. Yes, I have tried this and it only makes Spotify VERY SLIGHTLY slower when selecting anything from the downloaded tunes but I feel that's very much a slight price to pay to be able to listen to your favourite tunes when there is not internet available (as could be in a flight or on a beach somewhere!!!).

All of the above is just my own personal opinion of this great phone and, although I have looked at later versions of the Samsung Galaxy range, I am not tempted to lose this great advantage by upgrading but, as I repeat, these are only my thoughts about this phone.

I just hope that my review might just help others with respect to this particular model which is now, of course, around 4 years old and will soon not have it's software upgraded in the near future. This, for me, it NOT a problem as it has never failed me!!

I have the 512GB S20 Ultra 5G with a 1TB expansion chip installed. It has 16 GB of RAM and I still use it and love it. The fact that the newer ones don't offer an expansion chip option is why I haven't updated it, but my job is forcing me to get a new phone because the S20 Ultra won't get the new Android OS
