What does the public think of the best virtualization company in the world, but does not consider that Costa Rica site is appropriate to send positions of Engineering, IT development and R&D, (most of what they send are IT support and other lines of business), this is one situation that is happening in VMware Costa Rica, there are no equal opportunities for growth in certain super interesting fields because it is the Costa Rica site, it does not matter how many studies you have, how many international certifications you have, if you have a work portfolio to show if you have enough previous experience in the IT development field, how much can you contribute, if you are in the Costa Rica site, you are limited to certain lines of business, which is not acceptable, VMware being the company that is, this phrase "VMware is an Equal Opportunity Employer and Prohibits Discrimination "is not being respected.  Even a junior has more opportunities to grow in those fields mentioned above if this is located in the United States. Isn't this some kind of discrimination, such as geographic discrimination? It's not fair, and the dreams and illusions of employees who love to write code, who really love it obsessively, what about these employees? Is a managerial strategy above and more important than all these dreams despite the fact that the employee is fully competent to assume these positions?
