Don't need video. Back in 2003/4 we did a phone interview for a position. My boss hired the guy for a Monday morning. Half-hour after the guy arrived my boss received an email stating that the guy who showed up wasn't the one on the phone call. Turned out the guy we interviewed applied for a number of positions and was hired at several. He sent in substitutes who were to call him for anything they couldn't handle.

Anything can happen if enough people are faked out.
