from listening to you and LS I understand that getting better at LoL is actual work similar to researching. Since this kind of mental work is really draining for me, I only manage to do it for about 5-6 hours a day if I really focus and don't go on auto pilot here and there. Is this experience the same for you? If not, what do you do to increase your mental energy per day despite obvious tips like good sleep and nutrition?
