I have purchased the Tesmart daul monitor kvm (DUAL MONITOR 2-PORT KVM – HDMI + HDMI – 4K 60HZ UHD) but having problems using the Logitech unifying receiver with both the keyboard and mouse.

I am able to use both the keyboard and mouse however I have lost my mouse button functionality which I could use before using this kvm, for ex: maximise button is not working now and other functionality either.

I am using Logitech options software with the keyboard and mouse:
Keyboard: K800 wireless
Mouse: Performance MX

I have plugged in the unifying receiver in the mouse/keyboard usb slot of the kvm (not the extra usb slot) and used both Pass through and emulation but it didn’t help.


Can you advise on how could I use the mouse functions without loosing the hot key functionality of the KVM?

I have a problem to get both ONLINE LEDs on although I have a USB connection to both PCs.
Currently only LED1 is ON and hence I can only use 1x Monitor. But I want to use the extended mode with 2x monitors.
How do I fix this?

Desktop and Laptop on Input1 and Input2 respectively. Logitech unifying unit on the usb adapter since I don't have cabled mouse/keyboard peripherals. HDMI cable on output and plugs into the HDMI port of my monitor. I hear both laptop and desktop sounds but no video output to my LG 34" monitor. Why? Should I contact Support before I return this via Amazon?

I am connecting the two monitor via VGA then HDMI adaptor to the KVM switch, Mode-1 Is not working ( I can’t show only one pc on Both displays) what I could do? Thanks

I have 2 laptops. One of the laptops is a modern LG17 gram with HDMI and USB-C. The other is an older DELL with a VGA monitor no HDMI. The keyboard has to be wired because the Dell computer is not allowed to use wireless. I would like to be able to work in the computer 1 and computer 2 setups with one mouse and wired keyboard. Also, is the driver software installed on the computers? I will not be able to install any on the Dell.
