Mentor Mondays - Ben Patton

President of Integrity Transitional Hospital and cofounder of Pacific Labs, Ben Patton is no stranger to hard work. His career started off in real estate investment banking at Bear Stearns. He went on to work with Ross Perot Jr. at Hillwood Capital, and was direct investment advisor to H.H Sheikh Tahnoon Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, overseeing a portfolio of $21 billion.

Ben is a serial entrepreneur at heart, having started, grown and sold numerous companies. However this is just one side of him. Ben also founded The Patton Hope Foundation with his brother Matthew. The Foundation works to change the lives of struggling families and children in their community and around the world. It serves to assist in the needs of abused and neglected children, supporting organisations across the globe.

In the video above, Ben explains how his passion for business goes much further than just making money – “You have to think about the social impact. How is my business going to help everyone. From everyone I don’t mean just your staff, I mean your customers, yourself, the family of your staff. So when you’re starting a company, think, how can I make this a beautiful company where people can achieve their own dreams and goals.
