For better quality and fps use 1980x1280 (16:9) for winlator
And try to run the game in the smallest resolution 840x640 windowed mode and borderless and use the zoom option

thanks for the video Kimchi, what about BOX64_DYNAREC_FORWARD? I notice some people has it as 128 or 512 but in your case you have it at 1024. What is that supposed to do?

Hey there Kimchii, thanks to you it has come to my knowledge that GOW (2018) will not boot if safeflags is not 1 or higher. Hope this helps you too (unless you already knew)
