Nigeria, and indeed Africa will not see progress until people in positions of authority learn to resign on their own volution whenever they see that their stay in office no longer serves the purpose it is meant to serve. Both the legislature and executive in Nigeria are currently headed by people who have placed their personal interests above national interests.
