I’ve just joined a new club, and they play this kind of possession based football. They way I used to play at my old club was polar opposite to this and on the first day (Monday) I got embarrassed by the coach with him questioning my decisions to dribble the ball sometimes (even tho it worked) and yesterday and today, I have been watch and studying this video and studying this type football, and I have to say, it worked wonders for me. If they don’t have the ball they cant score, making the effort to keep the clean sheet as a overall team target rather than just the defenders with possession is the key to success in football. With a clean sheet you will never lose. Its the mentality that plays a role
