Failure to intervene laws need to happen. If a cop sees another cop breaking the law and they don't stop the law breaking, they should be charged with crimes.

Even more interesting is this was recorded on another officer's bodycam and not an auditor. Seems that the bodycam is there helping us more than we think!!

Never forget the male officer was the first officer on scene and he went to find the other person but came back because she was yelling. He did nothing to stop her.

This happened a while ago. She was fired, then hired again. This is an example of a person whose temperament makes her unqualified to work in law enforcement.
