It is appreciated if you can answer me how we can suggest implementation of MRP system but in an oil firm where the product is gas which sold directly to government and no need for demand prediction at that case so, the inventory in this firm is for spare parts, materials that are used in the oil production and machines.
How can we use MRP in this case ?? It is appreciated to answer me ..
