ELMEQ High Torque Planetary Gearbox

ELMEQ offers a range of high torque planetary gearboxes with a special cage carrier structure increasing the allowable output torque and decreasing the noise level significantly.
All gear teeth are helical which reduces the generated noise and increases the allowable output torque.
To remove the axial forces acting at the motor shaft the gearboxes have a bearing supported coupler
Elmeq´s high torque, helical, planetary gearboxes are available with ratios from 1:3 to 1:100 and frame sizes from 60-220 mm with and acceptable input power up to 15 kW
