2nd Ampuversary!

Happy Friday, Y'all!

I didn't upload last Friday! Sorry about that. But here is a short video about some of the things I did for my 2nd Ampuversary! Can't believe it's already been 2 years without a foot.

I spent my week snowboarding, doing a photoshoot, and my roommate and best friend surprised me with afternoon tea at the historic Brown Palace.

MY STORY

After enlisting in the Unite States Marine Corps, I experienced excruciating foot pain for 9 months before finally being diagnosed with an Intramuscular Arteriovenous Malformation in my foot. 14 months of limb salvage and I begged my doctors to amputate. I have my right leg amputated below the knee in 2019 and now I am living my best life and showing it here for the world to see that despite trauma and distress, you can live great lives.

Ok little known fact... I've always wanted to learn how to snowboard, but never saw a amputee do it... thanks for the inspiration 🙏 so next winter when me and my girlfriend come to Denver you can give me lessons 😉😃😁

Just to let you Colonel Gregory D. Gadson, U.S. Army, active duty for at least 5 years after he lost both legs to an IED above knee think he's still in the Wounded Warrior was also in the movie Taylor Kitsch, Rhianna, Liam Neeson, Peter McNichol, and quite a few others. He lost them in 2007. Retired in 2012 as a Garrison commander.

Already snowboarding! It seems like you just had your ankle surgery. How'd it go? Feeling fully recovered? I was curious about how it was to recover from surgery as an amputee. Maybe not so weird since you're already used to using a wheelchair when needed?

I just recently seen one of your videos for the first time. It's amazing that your doing this cause it goes to show that no matter how bad life can be someone else always has something worst going on. I was an addict for many years and am currently in recovery. Good for you on making the best of a bad situation. I wish you nothing but the best in life and can't wait to see more videos.
