Another nice piece by the music department. Darius' theme is perfectly portrayed by the music. The sound it full of wrath and vengeance. Also the piece itself is in a marching rhythm, which is getting faster towards the end, representing some sort of progressing action, perhaps a battle or war. The metallic sounds in the back can be interpreted as clashing blades, but also as a smiths hammer hitting a weapon, which is being forged for war.

Never thought I'd pick Chaos this time, but Garen's so-called Order is not correct, it's inhumane. Darius offers freedom in death, but if you are strong enough you survive. I pick Chaos this time. Riven might not agree wholly, but I am right, Order through obedience is not true order. It is stasis.

A war of darkness and light. Two different aspects yet of the same entity.
God king Darius, the ruler of darkness, thinks his reign will bring freedom and power to his kingdom but his ignorance is his downfall.
God king Garen, the ruler of light, thinks his reign will bring glory and justice to his kingdom but his hubris is his downfall.
Two warrior kings who thought they are different but are actually more similar than they thought. No one is right yet neither is wrong. No matter if one is defeated, both are at loss. Where there is darkness, follows light. Where there is light, follows darkness.

If I were to make a plot twist, Darius and Garen are the same person separated into two bodies that want dominance and control. Identical twins yet never alike. Or so they thought.

This kind of skin should have been the official Darius skin if he were ever reworked, because it looks a lot more like he is meant to match Swain here, not just so they are similar and stuff, but to make Darius look more like one of the primary leaders of Noxus, which he is. Plus there is the added resemblance to swain with this one's hair, the red mystical glows on his hands, and that axe looking similar to Swain's demon hand...
