What Is 'Doomscrolling'?

Faith comes by hearing and hearing by the Word of GOD. We need to fix our eyes and minds on things above; the eternal things, not the things of this world.
The problem is sin. The Bible tells us that "there is none righteous, no not one."

GOD is love. And we love because He first loved us! He is trying to get our attention. He wants us to see the darkness for what it is and come running into His arms and into His light. Let's love one another even when we don't "feel" like it. Let's forgive more quickly and over come evil with good.

Doomscrolling is not just scrolling endlessly. Doomscrolling refers to like doomsday scrolling where people scroll nonstop through content that is all negative

Not gonna lie for like 30 seconds I thought it was a side scrolling doom game. Then saw the rest of the article about a band Doomscroll being sued and how they decided on the name as they saw someone DoomScrolling on the news who explained what DS is.

Should be self explanatory tho even with the lose resemblance in name to a popular game. We scroll through our phones full of mostly doom and gloom in the news.

Even the "good" things are making everyone ask who is saying some of these things that if they spend money on to fix a made up problem everyone's gonna pay more for things and have less money.

As you can see that every race is cared about by bad people equally. Do some math with the poverty numbers and actually look up charts on police shootings.

Like they ignore one race most and they get shot more and out number my African american race in poverty by 3 to 1. But white privilege right.

240 million white people and more of them probably live in the same places as my race.
And Even tho they made up 78% of California's population in 1950.
Heres how much they cared

Crazy how only a few actually look into the crap they say as we all know they mislead us and only look out for anyone who supports their views and we can see them illegally taking out laws keeping them from raising their own pay as our prices for everything just keep going up and politicians of all races live comftorbly without worry as they also dint support the actually interests of the people and act more like Royalty than the the public servants they are supposed to be. Like I wonder why they want us distracted.

Would literally need three impeachments in a row just to get the ones we now see are crap with only a few good ideas out of office.

Can't do that if everyone's to busy projecting that fear onto everyone else cause big brother said this is the enemy.

News flash. You can be lived and viewed as equal and still end up like a family that happily laid down to get beat to death by the father who totally thought of them as equal and loved them. But believed murder was the only way to save their souls after one daughter got her period. You could meet someone similar.

Then the opposites also a reality.

I check WION news daily - to me, this particular feed from India has less hype and a more balanced view of what's am worried about Putin and nuclear war of course. One step sideways to NATO hitting a wrong target, then what? My Facebook feed is really warm with old if I post a "doom" sort of post about world affairs, most people don't respond to it.
