To succeed, they definitely should've developed a better "language" of communication with the more precise commands such as "wheel 10 o'clock throttle 20%" or something like that, instead of "little bit here, little bit there".
In the similar event with solving the Rubik's Cube ("team blindfolded") where a cuber has the puzzle not seeing it and the second person advises which moves to do (like "U2 and then J-perm algorithm"), they can solve the puzzle within tens of seconds. Definitely, the similar team-work should also be possible in the Autosport too.

Anyways, it was a great mini-show. I liked it.

In terms of the way to F1:
Jamie is already with Williams.
I hope Red Bull will take Beitske to her team too, where Max "Firstappen" will help her to grow too :)
