Nine Supreme Court justices will hear Donald Trump’s arguments today that yes, maybe they can.

The former president's lawyers say all presidents are immune from prosecution for anything they do in office – even murder, bribery, and corruption. The only way to hold one criminally accountable, Trump's attorneys will argue today, is if a president is first impeached in the House of Representatives and then convicted by two-thirds of the Senate.

America is poised to become the greatest jokes of all time, particularly if trump makes any groundwith his immunity claims.

It is important to acknowledge that no individual possesses absolute immunity, including the President of the United States of America. Our nation is not a dictatorship, which is one of the reasons we gained independence from Britain.

All of these trials on this former president need to be fully recorded and posted. This information is so important and should be heard by all his voters and not. I appreciate that all the judges are asking questions and getting along well. Makes me hopeful that the Supreme Court is still structured and looking at the law properly. I may not agree with the outcomes but I don’t agree with some normal cases so why would this be different.

Trump supporters, do you think a president, current or former, should be above the law?

We don't need the other side deciding during election.
