I am not sure but I think most of the hackers are backed by someone who is an insider, an employee of the company. Just imagine spending countless hours to spot a weak point on that software plus compiling and decompiling code just to give it away for free. Doesn't make sense for me.

I love c# programs as they are so easy to reverse engineer u pretty much get the whole code base
Unlike java where the process is much harder as the actual code is first compiled into byte code
Flutter and react native are also some other nightmares when it comes to reverse engineering
For same reason the code is not compiled into native code directly
