2013 Honda Accord EX-L V6 Navi

Quick review of the black/black Accord V6 EX-L Navigation model. I drive ~70 miles per day, am now able to downsize from the larger Azera, needed better gas mileage, as well as lower standard operating costs. Adding some new entertainment features along the way, didnt hurt. Screen flicker is due to FPS and recording. Cannot be seen with the eye....

I have a 2013 Honda Accord EX-L V6 with NAVIGATION in Crystal Black Pearl with Ivory interior. Very nice car! I removed the factory 8 inch subwoofer and had a jl Audio subwoofer with two 12 inch woofers and 500 watt mono SOUNDSTREAM amp installed. After test driving GERMAN midsize sedans that cost $25, 000 to $30, 000 more, the ACCORD turned out to be a WISE choice. My ACCORD had 10 miles on the odometer when I took delivery on MAY 20, 2013. Still very nice with a little over 26, 000 miles now.

I got one the EX-L in white with the body kit that includes the led lights! I absolutely love it!!!

Yep. The vcm rumble is annoying for the driver. But after 10k miles of driving, the rumble has gone down. Probably the cylinders and seals have seated and it has become very smooth. So it is very annoying for initial 5 to 10K.

Here is the summary----it is very noticeable under 2K rpm. From my wife "I hope it is supposed to do that." However, over 2K rpm, at freeway speeds, you can't tell hardly, and the transition is seamless. How often? Anytime you are in a low torque use (i.e. flat or downhill, and are very light on the throttle....it will kick in. It is a low frequency rumble, and will not likely be noticed by passengers. No one will know, if the stereo is on, but the driver.

I heard that Honda's 6V VCM technology eventually ruins the engine. Is this true? Do honda's v6 engine tend to burn a lot of oil?
