I am planning buy this scope for my home, and also this will be my first oscilloscope :) i think the other t tec uni t brands are low quality scopes in this price segment. So my question is to you, ıs it good scope for a good oscilloscope.

I have a Rigol, different model. I turned it on, and everything is in Chinese. Any idea how to change it back to English? If I could read Chinese, it would be easy.
