Black Noir ( comic ) vs Ultimate Spiderman series Villains.

All in character.

Neither have previous knowledge of the other.

Speed equalised.

Noir can be scaled from high 8–B, to 8–A

Homelander one shots Queen Maeve who is 14 tons of AP. Mid end of an ap gap required for one shot is x5, making homie's AP 70 tons.
And Black Noir punched John's jaw clean off, so i believe that BN is around 100 tons of AP in striking strength, higher with lasers probably.
So BN is high 8–B in striking strength (wich scales to durability) and 8–A in overall AP

So how far would BN go, and with what diff? What do you think?
