Suzanne and her family wanted to escape city life and build an idyllic home in the woods of Adam's County, Ohio. However, the quiet serenity they hoped for was broken when her son Joe came face to face with a terrifying ape-like creature that they called the "Devil Monkey." Joe's father initially brushed off what Joe saw as fantasy, but two years later, it attacked again. This time, their horse was attacked by a huge creature that left bloody claw marks running down its hind. With the evidence becoming hard to ignore, their dream of living a peaceful life in nature soon became a nightmare.
