More consumption in happiness
Bf/gf time spending, movies, entertainment, travel, fine dining.
Alcohol party with friends, bitching( it gives instant happiness but no value addition in this, never do)
Happiness is as long as you do above things and its effect fade away.
- Bhogam will never fulfilling
- Consistent activity gives you fulfilment when you come to shape by going regular gym
- Doing value addition activity consistently, fulfilment, that’s why today’s youth indulge in drugs dint want to work
- Fulfilment gives happiness not viceversa
Things give fulfilment (no scope forfailure )
- gardening
- Reading a book
- Learning something new
- Earning money
- Investing well
- Keeping your things clean
- Making bed,
- Organsing mind, books
Failure possible in
- persuit in promotion in job
- Things which are not in your control

Don't go after elusive happiness, as it is not sustainable. Don't go for criticism..it may be enjoyable but it doesn't gain anything for you.Go for fulfillment ..it lasts. Work which means something to you- : provides fulfillment. Identify such types of activities..prioritise and do those things for sustainable happiness.
