In one trade, GM Hortiz landed Ladd McConkey and Tarheeb Still. Coach Harbaugh led the team to an 11 win season in his first year. Not a Chargers fan, but a big Jim Harbaugh fan. He has success everywhere he goes. His bar is very high. His standard of excellence has never wavered.

You can’t lose with Jim. He can make any group of football players competitive.

Going forward, the Chargers will have a legitimate chance to go all the way every single year. I hope Jim can get his first Super Bowl win!!

I feel that Jim is so good that Herbert’s performance and future doesn’t worry me. If Herbert doesn’t work out, he’s going to find someone who will.

Thank you Jim and Joe. We have finally arrived. Even though the season ended in disappointing fashion, this is just the beginning. Who’s got it better than us: NOBODY!!!

Gotta protect #10. I think the OC has to make in game adjustments when the pass rush is overwhelming. We didn’t see any slants, screens or enough pre-snap reads to slow down the DL. Plus, the run blocking HAS to improve moving forward.

Great job of filling in good players on back end of roster. Chargers didn't do that in the past. Fans used to have to watch terrible play and no response by Telesco. Things were so much better under Joe H (chef keep cooking).

What I enjoyed was dominating the teams that we were supposed to and playing tough against the better teams(couple of clunkers including playoffs)...im used to playing down to every team and losing or squeaking by. Future is bright but it starts with winning dovision.Swept Raiders and Broncos for first time in a loooong time, now it's time to chase down the Chiefs. Confident in these two men to fortify the troops.
