Oprah Winfrey's primetime special on weight loss aimed to take the shame out of using prescription drugs to shed pounds. "An Oprah Special: Shame, Blame and the Weight Loss Revolution" featured some dramatic transformations, including a woman who says she lost 160 pounds in one year on Mounjaro. Winfrey is leading the way to taking the shame out of taking medication to lose weight. On “The View,” Whoopi Goldberg and Sunny Hostin said they used weight loss medication to shed pounds.

She had no problem taking people's money for years when she took over Weight Watchers, a plan she knew didn't work; obviously, or she wouldn't have had to take weight loss medication herself.

The issue I have with this is that most celebrities doing it have access to the best doctors and care. The average person taking Ozempic to lose weight may experience many complex health issues after all.

She has access to the finest healthcare, nutritionalists, personal trainers in the world and still, she chooses learned helplessness as a way to not take responsibility for her own eating habits/unhealthy life choices.

Most people have a hard time affording basic health insurance, and she on here talkin bout how she "has to" take medication (that costs hundreds, if not thousands over time), just to lose a few pounds.
