Filipino Lechon Belly is one of my all time favourite things to eat and runs a close second to an entire roasted lechon. In Boracay the have their own local twist that they call Borachon. Heavily seasoned lechon belly that resembles Indonesia's Babi Guling. It can only be found at Jeepney Stop in D'Mall
