We asked a well-respected person living in Dubai to visit and view the apartment in person. His response after he saw it was "Absolutely NOT."

If i were the owner, I would remove the separation wall between dining and kitchen, make it open plan, airy & more beautiful yet more functional as you enjoy the panorama while you’re cooking. You won’t lose storage if you turn the bench top with the stove into bigger kitchen island with more cabinets underneath.
